Jillian C. Lopina is a documentary photographer, doula, and passionate advocate of birth and midwifery.
As a photographer, I shoot with an intimate and honest aesthetic. My passion lies in documenting birth, maternity, and families. As a birth & midwifery advocate, I am skilled at building community, creating educational events, connecting people, and encouraging change.
I’m actively involved in the birth community, and served as the President of the Tampa Bay Birth Network, a 501(c)(3) organization, for two years. I also have a podcast + portrait project called Working Birth, highlighting the amazing work of birth professionals.
I am based in the Denver area. I love to support fellow LGBTQ+ families.
