For those of you who don’t know me, I am Lauren, but also known as, “Lo” I live in the city of North Richland Hills, TX. Right in between Dallas and Fort Worth Texas. I am a mother, a wife and an artist. I love each hat that I wear, equally. Each teaches me something new every day, and what I learn, I bring into my work. I value authenticity, honesty, empathy and connection, and I try to live my life and run my business by these values. I am a natural-minded mom who loves kombucha, hot tea and books, along with cooking for my family and getting dirt on my hands playing outside with my kids. I became a mom at 20 years old and found myself completely in love with the roll. I devoted myself to my family and kids fully. I love the changing leaves of the fall season, I love being outside, feeling the sun’s warmth on my face. I find beauty and inspiration almost everywhere in life but especially in nature. I am a creature of habit and could eat Chiptole every day. As cliche it sounds, being a mother has been my greatest adventure in life shaping me into the woman I am. While some days are challenging, I truly love the beautiful chaos that is motherhood. Motherhood has been the driving force for my inspiration when it comes to photography. In the blink of an eye my tiny babies have changed into a high spirited (that’s my nice way of saying ferrel) wildlings and now more than ever I truly appreciate the importance of preserving memories in the form of photographs.
