- This is a 2 days live event with live sessions including; how-to’s, inspiration + demos. Across two days, we will host our content in three different languages. When you purchase the replays, all English classes will be subtitled to Portuguese, Spanish and Dutch for your convenience.

Being an English speaker is not required. All live classes will be presented in the speakers mother tongue and then replays will be subtitled to English for your convenience.

Jelina is an ever evolving human being constantly learning which then translates into everything she does. From birth work to bereavement work, birth photography and videography, to mentoring and even parenting. She received her BA in Human Development/Counseling Services with the intent to pursue a career in therapy but ended up changing her path after experiencing the birth of her first in 2017. She recently moved to Central Illinois from San Diego with her family to chase their dreams and live life just a little bit slower. She is a self proclaimed extroverted introvert, who thrives off realness and authenticity (with a dash of cussing and sarcasm), and snuggling any animal she can find. She believes in sustainability in birth work, showing value, and cultivating deep relationships with those she’s in community with. Because at the end of the day, this work is not something that can truly be done alone.
Bryan Caporicci is an award-winning wedding and portrait photographer based out of Fonthill, Canada. In 2014, he was awarded his Masters of Photographic Arts (MPA) designation by the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC), making him one of the youngest Canadian photographers to receive this level of achievement. Bryan is the host of the Business of Photography Podcast with over 2 million downloads. He teaches at workshops across North America, including industry-leading conventions and conferences such as WPPI, Shutterfest and Canada Photo Convention. Bryan is also the CEO and Founder of Sprout Studio.

My love for photography started when I was in high school, I was the photographer for my high school yearbook and I developed all the photos in the darkroom myself. I spent years working in photo labs and dark rooms and then moved onto a business in Hollywood, CA. that rented equipment to professional photographers. I also spent some time as a photo assistant.
My life took a lot of different paths over the years. Some were very challenging. I got married, had three kids and over the years always had a camera but sometimes was just too busy raising my children to really have time for photography.
In 2019 I bought a new camera and with the support of my husband I quit my full time job in aviation to be a full time photographer. I started shooting CrossFit competitions in the beginning and still do. I always remember seeing birth photos many years ago and how amazing they were. So I found a local birth center that happened to be only five minutes from my house and offered to photograph a couple births for free. I fell in love immediately!!! I have been photographing birth for four years now and I still cry at every birth. I capture images that the family will cherish forever. I tell birth stories through my images. I also do maternity and newborns.
I pinch myself every day because I have the best job ever!!! I get to witness the gift of life and the tears of joy that it brings to the whole family.
