My name is Alina Goroaia Vincenti and I am a specialised family reportage photographer. Capturing the story of how a new human being comes into the world is a great privilege. You need a deep empathy to feel deeply what happens and to choose what to document, and a lot of discretion in approaching such an intimate event.
Being a mother of three children, I know how vulnerable a woman feels and how varied and subtlety the range of emotions one experiences during childbirth is. Therefore my experience as a mother and as a photographer, my discretion and my sensitivity are my best allies to approach this delicate moment with professionalism and participation, and thus provide an intense, authentic and rarefied photographic story to all parents who wish it.
