I’m a born and raised Kootenay mama, married and living in Castlegar, BC.

The feeling of being in the birth space right as a baby is born leaves me speechless every time.  All of a sudden there is another life in the room that there wasn’t seconds before, and thats the coolest thing on the planet.

When I was a little girl I remember telling myself that I couldn’t wait until I was old enough to have babies because all I was ever sure of was that I wanted to be a mama. I’m happy to say that I am a mama of two little ones!

My happy place is standing in my garden, holding my morning coffee while my kiddos pick blueberries right off the bush.
